Liveable and Just – A toolkit for local government to address the social and equity impacts of climate change
This toolkit represents the culmination of a project to explore ways in which local governments across Victoria can respond to the social and equity impacts of climate change. The McCaughey Centre worked closely on the toolkit with guidance from project partners at the Victorian Local Governance Association, the Brotherhood of Saint Laurence and the Department of Sustainability and Environment.

***Public Forum: After Copenhagen***
After Copenhagen: The Future of Climate Change Politics and Policy after the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP 15)
This forum, held on Tuesday Feb 23 and hosted by the Melbourne Sustainable Society Institute, the McCaughey Centre and the Victorian Eco-Innovation Lab, brought together four speakers who were present at the COP 15 in Copenhagen. Dr Peter Christoff, Ms Wendy Miller, Prof Robyn Eckersley and Prof Chris Ryan reflected on the most important outcomes and lessons from the conference and shared thoughts on the implications for priorities and actions on climate change in Australia and globally.

Climate change and community wellbeing: Local and regional trends, strategies and solutions
This 2-day course for community, government and industry based practitioners was developed by the McCaughey Centre in conjunction with the Melbourne Sustainable Society Institute the Victorian Eco-Innovation Lab and the Victorian Council of Social Service. The course was run for the first time on 26 - 27 November, 2009.
